Strategic Vision
Collaboration Goal
By May 2029, EOC school will foster a deeply integrated culture of collaboration over the time frame of the Strategic Plan as indicated by:
- An average score of 6 on the question regarding the school’s collaborative nature on the Hope Survey; and
- At least 80% of staff on average will rate school wide collaboration as Good at the annual staff retreat.

Enrollment Goal:
EOC will be within 5% of the ADM set by the school board in 2 of the 4 years of the strategic plan (25-26, 26-27, 27-28, 28-29). This includes innovative support for current and new students.
