On Monday April 8th, there is a solar eclipse set to peak at 2:05 PM in Minnesota. We would like to remind all of our students that while we encourage their participation in the solar eclipse, please do so safely. Do not look directly at the sun during an eclipse. There are eclipse glasses available at your local library, there are pin hole camera projects online (https://www.jpl.nasa.gov/edu/learn/project/how-to-make-a-pinhole-camera/) and there are also websites in which you can view the eclipse in a safe manner (https://www.space.com/watch-total-solar-eclipse-april-8-online-free-livestreams).
